Terms & Conditions
By using the Yaqin website or system you agree to these terms between you and VLUMU DIGITAL.
Last updated: 31 October 2026
The service
Yaqin is a cloud system offered on a monthly or yearly subscription, according to the plan and extras you choose. We may keep improving its features.
Your account
Give correct details and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what is done from your account and by the users you add.
Subscription and payment
Published prices are before VAT, which is added where it applies. The subscription renews for the same period unless you cancel it, and every payment comes with a tax invoice. An account may be suspended for non-payment after notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Yaqin for unlawful activity, and do not try to break into, disrupt or resell the service without an agreement with us.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it before ending your subscription.
Availability and support
We aim for round-the-clock availability with backups; the service may pause for maintenance, announced where possible.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. You are responsible for the data you enter and for your tax returns.
Ending the service
You may stop the renewal of your subscription at any time under the payment policy; we may close accounts that break these terms.
Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Customers within the Kingdom: the competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service.
- Customers in other countries: any dispute is referred to international arbitration seated in London, United Kingdom, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), before a sole arbitrator and in English; the award is final and binding on both parties.
- Before going to court or arbitration, both parties try to settle the dispute amicably within 30 days of notifying the other party.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they apply.
