Data we collect

• Contact and account details: name, business name, e-mail, mobile, country, commercial registration and VAT number.
• Your business data that you enter in the system: items, customers, suppliers, invoices, journal entries, employees and so on.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, sign-in and usage logs, to protect and improve the service.

How we use it

• To provide the service, set up your account and support you.
• To verify your e-mail and mobile with codes and send service messages and invoices.
• To meet legal requirements, including e-invoicing and VAT.
• To protect the service and prevent misuse.

Your business data is yours

Every business has its own separate database. We do not sell your data or use your business data for anything other than providing the service to you, and you can export it at any time.

Who we share it with

• Service providers working only for us: hosting, e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp, payment gateways, and carriers when you use them.
• Government bodies where the law requires it, such as ZATCA's Fatoora platform when e-invoicing is connected.

Keeping and protecting it

We keep data while your account is active and for the periods required by accounting and tax rules, and we use encrypted connections, backups and access controls.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may be informed about, access and correct your data, ask for it to be destroyed when there is no obligation to keep it, and object to marketing.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies for sign-in, security and language. The Yaqin website does not use advertising cookies.
