Payment policy

Prices and currency

Prices are in Saudi riyals before VAT; VAT is added where it applies, and every payment comes with a tax invoice.

Payment methods

• Bank cards through a secure payment gateway; we do not keep your card details.
• Tamara: pay in instalments under Tamara's terms.
• Bank transfer on request.

Billing and renewal

• The subscription is paid in advance, monthly or yearly as you choose.
• It renews automatically for the same period unless you stop the renewal before its date.
• Extras (users, warehouses, POS tills and so on) are billed with the plan.

Changing plan

When you move up, the difference for the remaining period is paid at once; when you move down, the change applies from the next renewal.

Late payment

We remind you when a payment fails. If the subscription is still unpaid after the notice period, the account is suspended; your data is kept and the account works again as soon as it is paid.

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including any unused period or when the subscription is stopped. That is why you can try Yaqin free before paying.

Stopping the renewal

You can stop the renewal at any time from your account or the contact page; your account keeps working until the end of the paid period.

Price changes

Any price change is announced at least 30 days ahead and applies from the next renewal.
