Do I need a separate subscription for the store?
No. The online store is included in the Commerce and Business plans with accounting, e-invoicing, stock and the POS till, in one subscription.
Do I need a developer or a designer?
No. Pick colours and logo, arrange pages by drag and drop, and type your texts straight on the page.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your store starts on a free address with your business name, and you can connect your own domain with a security certificate.
Which payment methods are there?
Bank transfer, cash on delivery under your rules, credit account for your business customers, wallet balance and loyalty points. mada, cards, Apple Pay and Tabby / Tamara instalments are coming soon.
Does the store work with the POS till in my shop?
Yes. Stock, customers, loyalty points and wallet are the same in the store and at the till.
Does it meet the e-commerce rules?
Your store shows the CR, VAT number and e-commerce authentication number on every page, and the returns (7 days), privacy, delivery and terms policies come with standard texts to review before opening.
Can my products appear on Google, Instagram and TikTok?
Yes. Yaqin makes a self-updating product feed for Google Merchant Center and the Meta, TikTok and Snapchat catalogues, plus the sitemap and product data search engines read.
